I - INFORMATION RELATING TO THE PRIVACY POLICY OF THE SITE

1. This section contains information on how wingservice is managed with reference to the processing of wingservice users' data.

2 - Responsible for data processing

1. The controller shall be the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body processing personal data on behalf of the controller.

2. According to Article 28 of EU Regulation No 2016/679, upon appointment of the data controller, the data controller of the wingservice website is: Jessica Leister.


3 - Place of data processing

1. The processing of data generated by the use of wingservice takes place at Alleestr. 62 66953 Pirmasens.


4. Wing service informs that it carries out research, selection and evaluation of personnel in pursuit of equality between workers and not discriminating against candidates of either sex, in compliance with Laws No. 903/77 and No. 125/91 in accordance with current legislation.

1 - Type of Cookies

1. The wingservice website uses cookies to make the user's browsing experience easier and more intuitive: cookies are small text strings used to store certain information that may relate to the user, his/her preferences or the Internet access device (computer, tablet or mobile phone) and are mainly used to adapt the operation of the site to the user's expectations, offering a more personalized browsing experience and storing the choices made previously.

2 - 2 - Technical cookies

1. There are many technologies used to store information on your computer, which are then collected by the sites. Among these, the most widely known and used is HTML cookies. They are used for navigation and to facilitate access and use of the site by the user. They are necessary for the transmission of communications over an electronic network or to the provider to provide the service requested by the customer.

IV - DATA PROCESSED


1 - Data processing mode

1. Like all websites, this site also uses log files in which information collected automatically during user visits is stored. The information collected may be as follows:

- Internet protocol (IP) address;
- type of browser and parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
- name of the internet service provider (ISP);
- date and time of visit;
- web page of the visitor's origin (referral) and exit;
- possibly the number of clicks.

 

2. The above information is processed automatically and collected exclusively in aggregate form in order to verify the proper functioning of the site, and for security reasons. This information will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the owner.

 

3. For security purposes (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), automatically recorded data may also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in accordance with applicable laws, in order to block attempts to damage the site itself or to cause damage to other users, or otherwise harmful activities or constitute a crime. Such data are never used for the identification or profiling of the user, but only for the protection of the site and its users, such information will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the owner.

If the site allows the inclusion of comments, or in the case of specific services requested by the user, including the possibility of sending the Curriculum Vitae for a possible employment relationship, the site automatically detects and records some identification data of the user, including the email address. These data are intended to be voluntarily provided by the user at the time of the request to provide the service. By entering a comment or other information, the user expressly accepts the privacy policy, and in particular agrees that the contents entered are freely disclosed to third parties. The data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the service requested and only for the time necessary for the provision of the service.

The information that users of the site believe to make public through the services and tools made available to them, are provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, exempting this site from any liability for any violation of laws. It is up to the user to verify that he/she has permission to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations.

6. Wing Service confirms to all the interested parties that it will process the data freely transmitted, sensitive or not, exclusively for the purpose of managing the consultancy activity in the field of recruitment, selection and evaluation of the personnel that it carries out on behalf of Bodies, Organizations and Client Companies or on its own behalf or on behalf of Companies connected to it. For this reason, they may be transferred abroad (European Union).


The processing of data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and will be carried out either manually or with the aid of computerized means.


The data will be stored in paper and electronic archives, so as to allow identification. The data will be kept for the time deemed necessary for the purposes of research and selection.


For the purposes described above, the personal data of candidates (whether in response to ads or spontaneous) may be communicated to customers of Wing Service potentially interested in their professional profile, only after verbal authorization by the candidate himself. The candidates' data will be kept, unless otherwise indicated by the candidate himself, for the performance of any other selection or evaluation tasks, subject to their being updated and specific verbal authorisation by the candidate himself.

In order to guarantee maximum confidentiality and to avoid unpleasant contacts with unwelcome Companies or Groups for Candidates, persons interested in job offers advertised by Wing Service or interested in sending the spontaneous application are invited to indicate (in the cover letter or in the e-mail transmission of the C.V. or on the envelope containing the C.V.) the Companies or Groups with which they wish to get in touch, specifying the selection.


The personal data provided will be known to the persons in charge within Wing Service in their capacity as persons in charge of data processing. The processing will be carried out at the territorial offices of Wing Service (see Wing Service headquarters presented elsewhere on the site  www.wingservice.de).


In any case, the data will be processed with logic related to the purposes indicated and in ways that ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.

2. - Data collection

The collection of data is done by sending to wing service, by the interested parties, by post, fax, by hand or e-mail or by filling out the form on the website of Wing Service.
The data collected are those usually included in a curriculum drawn up according to market practices. Candidates are invited to omit data not relevant to the curriculum.
Sending your CV to Wing Service by the interested party, may represent:
a) a spontaneous application;
b) the reply to specific announcements for the search and selection of personnel on behalf of third parties published by C Wing Service in newspapers or periodicals or on the Internet.
The provision of data is entirely optional. The only consequence of Wing Service's failure to consider the interested party's application in the context of a selection procedure.
Candidates are kindly requested not to include sensitive data in their curriculum vitae (for example: racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, state of health, sexual life, membership of parties or trade unions or other) in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. 196/2003, unless such data is strictly necessary for the purposes of selection (e.g. membership in protected categories, disability, etc..), in this case, candidates are asked to give their express consent to the processing of sensitive data transmitted for exclusive purposes of selection, by means of a declaration signed at the bottom of the curriculum.
In the absence of such a declaration, the curricula will be trashed.

3 - Purpose of data processing

 

1. The data collected by the site during its operation are used for the purposes indicated above and for the following purposes:

data request for marketing purposes

 

2. The data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the above mentioned purpose and in any case not longer than 14 months.

 

3. The data used for security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose previously indicated.


4 - Data provided by the user

 

1. As indicated above, the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in the message.

 

2. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

V. USER RIGHTS


1. Article 13, paragraph 2 of EU Regulation 2016/679 lists the rights of the user.

- the right to request cancellation (art. 17 EU Regulation), transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed (art. 7, par. 3, letter b) Legislative Decree no. 196/2003);

- the right to obtain certification that the operations of updating, rectification, integration of data, cancellation, blocking of data, transformation have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right (art. 7, paragraph 3, letter. c) Legislative Decree no. 196/2003);

If the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) - express consent to the use - or on Article 9(2)(a) - express consent to the use of genetic, biometric, health-related data revealing religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions - the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.

5. Likewise, in case of violation of the law, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, as the authority responsible for monitoring the processing in the Italian State.

VI - DATA TRANSFER TO NON-EU COUNTRIES


1. This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. In particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized and strictly regulated by Article 45, paragraph 1 of EU Regulation 2016/679, for which no further consent is required. The above mentioned companies guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

 

2. Data will never be transferred to third countries that do not comply with the conditions laid down in Article 45 et seq. of the EU Regulation.

 

VII. SECURITY OF DATA PROVIDED


1. This site processes user data in a lawful and correct manner, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.

 

2.
